great central base for exploring santiago's parks and shops

My family and I had an excellent experience during our four-night stay, enjoying the friendly staff and the value of the breakfast. we particularly loved the short stroll to Araucano Park, just 300 meters away, which made our weekend city explorations even more delightful.

This place was just a fitting option for a short interlude in Santiago with good value. The staff held our bags after checkout since we had a late flight, which was a real. help. Try to get a room that’s not interconnected if you like peace.

The room was spacious, much appreciated after a long flight, and we even got to enjoy a late checkout, which was a lifesaver! The outdoor pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after our busy days. One lift was out of service during our stay, so be prepared for some wait times, but otherwise, we had a fantastic experience! 😊

The room was super spacious with two queen beds. It had air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options, and the location was a short walk to parks and malls. They even let us check out late at 3pm. Overall, a great experience!

I enjoyed the nice selection available in the restaurant for dinner. the Margarita cocktails were a highlight. The location allowed me to explore parts of Santiago conveniently, though the subway station required a bit of a walk. On the downside, one of the lifts was out of service during my stay, causing long waits, particularly at peak times. I found the breakfast options quite basic and not as inventive as I expected for an upscale hotel. Also, the mattress felt worn out, leading to some morning backaches. The noise from events in the restaurant area made for a bustling atmosphere, which may not suit everyone. Overall, this place has potential, but there are several areas requiring attention for a better guest experience.

We had a nice time during our 4-night stay. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family. The breakfast buffet was really good with plenty of options. Only thing was we missed out on the free breakfast deal since we booked through a site. Overall, it's a solid place.
